Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, logging into, or using the LIGHTIN Software/Portal, every user agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable company policies.

2. Membership

  • The member must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All personal, banking, and business information provided must be true, accurate, and up to date.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any ID if false, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.

3. Login & Security

  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User ID and Password.
  • Sharing login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must immediately report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to the Company.

4. Software Usage

The LIGHTIN Software/Portal is intended solely for authorized business purposes of LIGHTIN NETWORK MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED.

Copying, hacking, reverse engineering, modifying, extracting data, or attempting unauthorized access to the software is strictly prohibited.

5. Business Rules

  • All business activities shall be conducted in accordance with the Company's Compensation Plan, Direct Selling Guidelines, and applicable laws of India.
  • Fake IDs, fraudulent activities, bonus manipulation, money laundering, illegal transactions, or violation of company policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

6. Global Income Policy

  • Global Income shall be distributed based on the Company's total valid Daily Business Turnover.
  • Global Income shall be paid only to eligible members in accordance with the Company's Compensation Plan and Business Rules.
  • The amount of Global Income may increase or decrease depending on the Company's Daily Business Turnover.
  • Global Income is not fixed or guaranteed.
  • The Company reserves the absolute right to modify the Global Income percentage, eligibility criteria, distribution method, and related rules at any time without prior notice.

7. Daily Closing

  • All income calculations shall be made after the Company's Daily Closing process.
  • The timing and procedure of Daily Closing shall be determined by the Company from time to time.

8. Pair Income

  • Pair Income shall be paid according to the Company's Compensation Plan.
  • No Pair Income shall be payable for invalid, fake, or fraudulent business.

9. Carry Forward

  • Valid business volume shall be carried forward daily in accordance with the Company's policy.
  • Carry Forward business shall remain valid for six (6) months, after which it shall automatically expire.

10. Royalty & Club Income

Royalty Income, Diamond Club Income, Car Fund, House Fund, Travel Fund, and other incentive benefits shall be paid only to eligible members as per the Company's Compensation Plan and policies.

11. Payment Policy

  • All payments shall be made only to the registered bank account of the eligible member.
  • Applicable TDS, GST, and other statutory deductions shall be deducted as per Indian law.

12. Portal Fee

  • Digital Portal Access Fees, Training Fees, and other service charges are generally Non-Refundable.
  • Any exception shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.

13. Privacy Policy

  • The Company shall maintain the confidentiality of members' personal information.
  • Information may be disclosed where required by law, government authorities, or court orders.

14. Intellectual Property

All rights relating to the LIGHTIN name, logo, software, website, database, design, documents, videos, and digital content are the exclusive property of LIGHTIN NETWORK MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized use, copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

15. Software Availability

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to keep the Software and Portal available at all times. However, services may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, internet issues, cyber-attacks, or other unavoidable circumstances.

16. ID Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member ID without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Fake ID
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Violation of Company Rules
  • Software misuse
  • Cybercrime
  • Submission of false or forged documents
  • Illegal financial activities
  • Any act that damages the reputation of the Company

17. Income Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee any fixed income. All income is performance-based and shall be paid according to the member's eligibility, business performance, the Company's Daily Business Turnover, and the Compensation Plan.

18. Right to Amend

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Software, Compensation Plan, Business Rules, Income Rules, Policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
